Terms of service

We sell new parts (unless stated otherwise). Our parts are NEW replacement /after-market parts, not original equipment. These parts replace the original parts and sometimes may not look like the original parts. Brand names are used only for identification purposes.

 

Our goal is to send you the correct parts which you request. We ask that you supply us with as much information as possible (i.e. make, model, serial number, fuel type, etc.). If you are unsure if you have the correct part, please contact us.

 

 Refund Policy

• 20 per-cent restock fee on all eligible returns.

• No returns after 30 days from date of invoice

• No refund on parts that have been damaged or installed.

• Refunds on returned parts will not be handled on a C.O.D. refund basis. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection.

• No refunds If a part is damaged due to improper installation.

• We will not send you a return label if your parts are damaged during installation.

• We will be liable only for the replacement cost of the part purchased from us should any damage occur. We will not be held responsible for any damage to machine, labor cost or additional parts replacement cost.

• We will not refund shipping charges for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

• Defective parts: If a part is found to be defective, we will either repair it or exchange it for a new part at no cost to you.

Shipping Policy

We often offer free shipping on some parts/orders. These free shipping offers are valid only in the contiguous U.S.

TNC Wholesale Parts is not responsible for ANY ''Import fees" / "Import Taxes" shipping out of state for ANY reason.

We do not ship any of our products to P.O. Boxes. A physical address that is not a P.O. Box must be supplied during the checkout process.
